Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the SansPost platform operated by SansPost LLC. They are provided in summary form here and will be superseded by a full service agreement executed with each customer studio before onboarding.

The service

SansPost provides software for photography studios to capture, process, deliver, and sell event photography. Access is provided on a subscription basis. Studios remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of the photographs and data they capture through the platform.

Payments

Subscriptions and any platform fees are billed through Stripe. Studios that sell galleries are paid out via Stripe Connect according to their configured terms. The platform fee on a gallery sale is the greater of the studio’s plan percentage or that plan’s per-sale minimum, never more than the sale itself; current rates and minimums are published on the pricing page and shown in Manage.

Plan allowances

Processing, storage, retention, discount codes, and free-gallery access are subject to the allowances and restrictions on the pricing page and in Manage. These may change. SansPost-approved exceptions are account-specific. Limits may block new uploads or new discounted checkouts; they do not change completed purchases or existing download expiry dates. Usage overages are not automatically billed.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the platform unlawfully, attempt to access another studio’s data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
